Mindful Monday Morning Movement

We would like to invite students K-8 to begin each week with “Mindful Monday Morning Movement” with Fran, Sherry and/or Jeremy each week.  It will be a time to connect with our community to practice mindfulness, meditation and yoga.  The link will be the same each week, so put it in your calendar and join us when you are able!
