Build Skills to Talk with Your Kids about Race and Racism with Facilitator Liza Smith

In this interactive 2 hour workshop parents will learn how to have meaningful and relevant conversations with their kids about race, racism and racial identity. We will break into small groups of parents with similar aged kids so we can discuss real life contexts and how to have age-appropriate conversations.
Mark your calendars: April 25 6pm-8pm. Childcare provided by Sherry and the Allies in Diversity students. This is a free event sponsored by the Horizons Diversity and Inclusion Committee, but an RSVP will aid the facilitator in planning for this session. Please RSVP by clicking on this link.
